Gerald Bischof, head of 23. district asks Ing. Mag. Otto Kauf (CEO FLAIR Bauträger) for a speech to the visitors of the opening of the openair-supermarket in Vienna, Scherbangasse 3. His company rendered its property towards this project. It was a great opening.
